Unfortunately, I often can't do much for you if your package is delayed. It is best to contact the carrier of your package.

PostNL

Please check the PostNL-app or the website of PostNL if there is any information available about your delay. No info? You can contact PostNL with the following phone number: 0900-0990 or through PostNL customer service

DHL 

Check the DHL app (get it in the App Store or the Google Play Store) or website of DHL if there is any information about your delay. No info? You can contact DHL through their service pagina for customers.  

International

Please check the website of PostNL for the current, international service alerts . You can find an overview of the current international service alerts that can affect the receipt and delivery of your package. Mostly the amount of days you package is delayed is stated here.

Still got no package? Please contact your local post carrier first.

If they don't have any, you can contact me. However, keep in mind I can't provide any more info on shipments without tracking!
