Summary of the return conditions as stated in the Terms & Conditions.

Reflection time

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. By cancellation of your order, you will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs (at the lowest shipping rate avaialble).
During the reflection period, you will handle the product and packaging with care. You will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. You may only handle and inspect the product as you would be allowed to do in a store.

Costs for returning goods

You need to pay for the shipping costs which apply for sending the goods back to the address of DewyCreations.

Right of Withdrawal

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, as stated in our Terms & Conditions, the product will be returned to DewyCreations with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Return address

The address on the withdrawal form is not the address the returned goods should be send to.

The address for returning your goods is only provided by request.

Print out the form, fill it in and sign it and include it with your return shipment.
So provide it two times: one per email and one included in the return shipment.

Refund of your order amount

DewyCreations will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order. Such at the discretion of DewyCreations

Products which cannot be returned:

  1. Products manufactured to consumer specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person;
  2. Textile products that have been used or washed after receipt of the order.
