DewyCreations cares a lot about your privacy. DewyCreations therefore will only process data that is needed for (improving) our services. We handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.

This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by DewyCreations. The effective date for the validity of these conditions is 17/04/2019, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. About processing your data

Webhosting and e-mail

We purchase web hosting and email services from InternetToday. InternetToday processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. InternetToday has taken appropriate technical and orzganizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. InternetToday is obliged to observe secrecy under the agreement.
Our website uses InternetToday and Mailerlite, third parties that handle the e-mail traffic from our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent through InternetToday's servers using Mailerlite. InternetToday and Mailerlite will never use your name and email address for their own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail that is automatically sent via our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click on this you will no longer receive e-mail from our website.
Your personal data is stored securely by DewyCreations. DewyCreations uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether e-mails are opened and read. DewyCreations reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share information with third parties in this context.

Payment processors

Mollie

We use the Mollie platform to handle (part of) the payments in our webshop. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties in this context. All the above-mentioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than permitted by law.

Billink

We use Billink B.V. to handle (part of) the payments in our webshop. The personal data and/or company data that www.dewyvenerius.com , dewyvenerius.nl and dewycreations.com that you provide in the context of an order that uses postpay, are provided by Billink B.V. – or by third parties to whom the claims have been assigned (transferred) are used, among other things, for:
a) risk analyzes and creditworthiness testing in order to avoid over-crediting;
b) ensuring that the communication, administration, customer relationship management, invoicing and collection of claims arising from the post-payment service proceed in a correct manner;

Shipment and logistics

When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL or DHL, its cooperation partners and international shipping companies to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with PostNL or DHL, its cooperation partners and international shipping companies. PostNL or DHL, its cooperation partners and international shipping companies only use this data for the purpose of executing the agreement.
