In most cases, your order will be shipped within 1 - 2 working days .
Do you need the item as fast as possible because you need it before a specific date? Please send me an e-mail or message through Instagram! I will try to ship your order as fast as possible.
International
In most cases, your order will be shipped within 1 - 5 working days . I ship my international orders 1 - 2 times a week..
How long it takes to ship your package depends a bit on how many orders I received before yours!

I will ship stickers I na firm envelope with stamps. You can't track your order. Our local shipping company, PostNL, will deliver letters from Tuesday to Saturday. Curious when your letter will arrive? Check it on the website of PostNL.
Mailbox package - €4,50
Your order will be shipped as a package that fits through the letter box. Most of the time, this will be a mailbox package with tracking. However, for smaller orders I might decide to ship your order in and envelope with stamps (for example: if you order only a postcard or a keychain). You can't track an envelope with stamps. Mailbox packages will be delivered the next working day (in most cases).

Packages
For bigger packages you can chose between the following options:
PostNL (parcel point): €6,45
PostNL (home delivery): €6,95
DHL (parcel point): €5,25
DHL (home delivery): €6,45
If you select "home delivery" your package will be shipped to the address you fill in by your order. If you select "parcel point" your order will be shipped to a parcel point close to the address you fill in by your order.
Do you have a preference for a specific parcel point? Please let me know in the comment box at your order! Please mention your order will only stay for a week at the parcel point. After that, it will be returned to me. You can fill your order on the website of PostNL or DHL.
Most packages will be delivered the next (working) day.
Europe

Mailbox package - €4,50
Your order will be shipped as a package that fits through the letter box. Mailbox packages will be shipped without a Track & Trace code!

Your order will be shipped with a Track & Trace code. You can track your order on the international website of PostNL using the code I send you by email.

Do you want to be sure your package arrives before Thursday 5 December? Place no later than 3 December your order.
Do you want to be sure your package arrives before Christmas on Wednesday 25 December? Place no later then 21 December your order.
I will ship parcels at 23 December (Monday) but can't guarantee it will be in time.

Please check the website of PostNL for the current, international service alerts . You can find an overview of the current international service alerts that can affect the receipt and delivery of your package. Mostly the amount of days you package is delayed is stated here.

On January 1, 2019, Germany’s Packaging Act (VerpackG) came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers (including Etsy shops) selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).
My company (DewyCreations) is registered with LUCID, which is the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR).
Producers/distributors pay a license fee to the dual system for the collection, sorting and recycling of the packaging they introduced to the market. My Dual System partner is Activate by Reclay.
